Changing the system time that is displayed on each phone LCD display can only be done from a two line LCD equipped Norstar phone. A free download-able programming button template is available here ► Norstar Programming Button Template.
1.) To change the time press the FEATURE button ( <or> ) followed by pressing **8737 (spells "USER") followed by entering the password **8463 (spells "TIME").
Note: If the password isn't accepted, you will need to contact your phone system administrator to change the system time as the default passwords have been changed.
2.) Now using the LCD Display buttons (those buttons just below the display) and your telephone set numeric keypad, press the LCD Display button below the task you want.
For Example, if you need to change the Hour: displayed press the LCD Display button directly below CHANGE.

Then using the keypad enter
the correct Hour in a two digit format. Once you have navigated through
Hour:, AM / PM and Minutes:, press the RELEASE button ( <or>
).
